PRIVACY POLICY

This policy explains how Space Punk handles information in the desktop / Steam build.

1. Who we are

ShyneB0X Studios develops and publishes Space Punk. Support: use the Space Punk page on Steam (Discussions or Support), or the contact method listed on the official store page for this game.

2. Summary

• Space Punk does not run its own advertising network.
• Progress and settings are stored locally on your device.
• If you play through Steam, Valve handles your Steam account, purchases, and refunds under Steam's own privacy policy. ShyneB0X Studios does not receive your payment card details.
• This build does not include separate ShyneB0X cloud accounts, ads, or our own analytics SDK.

3. Information processed

On your device (local). Save data and settings (for example volume, fullscreen preference). Player profile names you enter in the game. Stored in the game's local user data folder for Space Punk on your system.

Steam (when you use Steam). Steam identity used by Steamworks features such as ownership checks and achievements (for example Steam ID as provided by the Steam client). Purchases, refunds, and account management are handled by Valve. Steam privacy: store.steampowered.com/privacy_agreement.

What we do not collect in this build. No separate ShyneB0X user account or login. No advertising identifiers collected by us. No sale of personal data by ShyneB0X Studios.

4. How information is used

• To run the game (saves, settings, profiles)
• To support Steamworks features such as achievements and ownership
• To help fix problems when you contact support and choose to share details (for example a description of a bug or a log you send)

5. Sharing

We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared only with platform providers (such as Steam) as needed to operate the game, or when required by law.

6. Retention

Local saves remain until you delete them, clear the game's user data, or uninstall the game. Steam's retention of platform data is governed by Valve.

7. Children

Space Punk is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your region). Do not use the game in a way that provides personal information if you are under the applicable age where you live.

8. Your choices

• Delete local progress by clearing Space Punk user data or reinstalling
• Manage Steam privacy and account settings in the Steam client / Valve tools
• Contact support (see section 1) with privacy questions about this game

9. International play

If you play from outside the studio's home country, data needed to run the game may be processed where the game, Steam, or our systems operate, subject to applicable law.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date at the top will change when we do. Important changes for a released product will also be noted on the Space Punk store page or in patch notes when practical.
